In the first part of the experiment Dr. Ambela wants to identify what is the shortest time she has to wait after the transfection in order to have significant increase in PDX activity. To do so Dr Ambela sets up eight dishes with transfected C19 cells, and collects aliquots of the supernatant at the time points indicated below and carries out the enzyme assay and obtains the results indicated in the table below.
