We know that nurses working in healthcare today are experiencing stress, anxiety and suffering during the COVID-19 pandemic, often without concern and caring for themselves. This often leads to burnout, moral distress, depression, and the possible exodus from the profession.

As a nurse experiencing the COVID19 pandemic, I seek your insight to the following:
