Trust issues between the faculty and administration

A community college has trust issues between the faculty and administration. The faculty doesn’t fully trust the administration to make decisions and want to be involved in all decision making, even it’s the decision have no impact on the faculty. Part of this distrust is the administration not properly communicating changes that happening. There are positives on both sides and overall they work well together.
