I need help trying to figure out theses questions. If a social worker makes a mistake in a client’s file and the client asks for it to be corrected, is he obligated to make the correction? If he is a social worker, which article or articles of his code of ethics apply? If he is not a professional member of a professional college, and he refuses to make the corrections, what can the client do?
