It explains that motivation has two major components direction and intensity. Direction is what a person is trying to achieve. complaint management; understanding gender wage gap through research; and
promoting awareness to advance economic equality for Ontario’s working women.
Do you think pay equity commission has helped reduce the gender wage gap over the
30 years or there continues to be a substantial wage gap in Ontario? If so, how can this
